Shipping policy

All orders are processed on Tuesdays. (Orders placed before Tuesday will be processed on Tuesday, and shipping will take approximately 7 to 10 business days after Tuesday.)

Once processed, orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on your location and the fastest available shipping service.

Typical delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days after shipment; however, you may receive your items sooner. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track your package every step of the way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing delays, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen shipping delays.
